These terms govern pedilikes.com and the digital services sold through it. The Spanish version is intended to be the legal reference for operations based in Argentina. Complete the provider's legal and tax details before enabling live payments.

The site offers digital social-media engagement services. Network, service type, quantity, limits, currency and final price are shown before checkout and may change with availability.

3. Third-party platforms

PediLikes is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X or YouTube. Engagement packages are not represented as organic growth. Platforms can change their systems or remove interactions under their own policies.

4. Acceptable use

Customers must submit valid URLs they are entitled to promote and must not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment or material deception.

5. Payment

Final pricing is shown before payment. Third-party payment processors may be used; PediLikes does not store full card numbers.

6. Fulfillment

Orders may start after payment confirmation. Timing varies by network, quantity and availability.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Requests are handled according to the real status of the order and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Accounts

Guest checkout is allowed. An account is required for online tracking.

9. Governing law

Argentine law applies to Argentina-based operations, without restricting mandatory consumer protections.
